Candidate should have 6 months- 1 year of customer service experience in Blended process (Voice+Email/Chat)
Candidate should have recent experience in Blended process
Candidate with more than 8 months of gap will not be considered
Typing speed should be 30 WPM
JD:
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely support through phone calls, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their queries related to services, profiles, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
- Understand customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow established support processes.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
