? Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for **Home Insurance, Vehicle Loans, and Home Loans** through outbound calls and field activities.
- Visit potential customers and explain product perks, features, and eligibility.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing team for further documentation and application processing.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and customer records.
- Update customer information and follow-ups in CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.




- Handle customer queries and provide proper support throughout the process.

? Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate** in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in **Marathi and Hindi**.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for field work when required.
