Job Description:

We are hiring Field Desktop Support Engineers (L1 & L2) for Midass System Products, Chennai.

This is a field job — you will visit client or end user locations mostly, and sometimes handle service work in the office, to fix computer, laptop, printer and network problems.

Your Work:

- Visit client/end user sites and fix desktop/laptop issues
- Handle service work in office when needed
- Install and repair hardware
- Fix printer and network problems
- Handle daily support calls/tickets
- Keep simple work reports
- (L2 only) Handle basic server support and maintenane.

Who Can Apply:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT (any stream also ok if you have hardware experience)
- L1 — Freshers or 0-1 year experience
- L2 — 1-3 years experience, must know basic server handling




- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, printer, networking
- Must be ready for regular travel to client locations within chennai.
- Own bike preferred (petrol allowance given); if not, bus/local train travel is fine and charges can be claimed

Salary:

- L1: ₹25,000/month
- L2: ₹30,000/month
