We design immersive, theme-based experiences that combine creativity, storytelling, architecture, and technology. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to help bring our unique concepts to life through innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural layouts and detailed drawings for new Mystery Rooms, reception areas, and other commercial spaces.
- Create space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts.
- Coordinate with the design, fabrication, electrical, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare construction drawings and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during execution.
- Review drawings and suggest practical design improvements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline and budget.
- Maintain project documentation and update design revisions as required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior or architectural projects.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or themed environments is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for site visits across India whenever required.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Revit, or other 3D visualization software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and space optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with execution teams.
- Good project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to design.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in designing experiential, entertainment, or themed spaces.
- Basic understanding of lighting, electrical coordination, and MEP services.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
