Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance teams and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.




- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
- Reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- 5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Good team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle breakdowns and maintenance operations independently.
- Willingness to work as per business/production requirements.
