We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components, BMS wiring, battery-related connections, and ensuring proper quality and finishing of assembled products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, PCB components, and electronic parts.
- Perform BMS wiring and battery-related wiring as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper soldering quality, joint strength, and finishing.
- Inspect completed work and identify soldering or wiring defects.
- Carry out rework and correction of defective solder joints.
- Use soldering stations, soldering irons, flux, cutters, and other hand tools safely.
- Follow production drawings, wiring instructions,
and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality Team whenever required
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
- Knowledge of BMS wiring is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of lithium battery wiring is preferred.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- 6 month- 1 years of experience in soldering, electronics assembly, battery manufacturing, or related work.
- Candidates should be disciplined, hardworking, and willing to learn.
