We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating sales, following up with leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Generate sales through counter enquiries, inbound calls, online leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify repeat-sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, payments, and follow-ups.




- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly counter/showroom.
- Provide daily/weekly sales and lead reports to the reporting manager.
- RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, counter sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or customer handling.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and billing or CRM software.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
