Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agent to handle customer follow-ups and recovery of overdue loan/EMI payments. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand payment issues, follow up on commitments and achieve assigned recovery targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue loan/EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment and recovery.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates and available payment options.
- Negotiate professionally with customers regarding payment commitments.
- Conduct field visits when required for collection/recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Update daily recovery reports in Excel/CRM/mobile application.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recovery targets.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader/Collection Manager on difficult cases.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
- Eligibility & SkillsMinimum 10th/12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Comfortable working with collection targets.
- For field roles, two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred.
