Scanning Work: સ્કેનર મશીનનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ભૌતિક કાગળો/ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સને યોગ્ય રીતે સ્કેન કરવા.

File Naming & Sorting: સ્કેન કરેલી ફાઇલ્સને યોગ્ય નામ આપીને (File Naming System) યોગ્ય ફોલ્ડરમાં સેવ કરવી.

Quality Check: સ્કેન થયેલા પેજ સ્પષ્ટ છે કે નહીં (Blur, Cropped કે પાના રહી નથી ગયા ને) તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું.

Document Handling: ઓરિજિનલ પેપર્સ/ફાઇલ્સને સ્કેન કર્યા પછી સુરક્ષિત રીતે મૂળ જગ્યાએ કે ફાઇલ બોક્સમાં પાછા ગોઠવવા.

Basic Maintenance: સ્કેનર મશીનની સામાન્ય સફાઈ અને તેની યોગ્ય કાળજી રાખવી.
