Salary: ₹40,000 CTC/month Employment: Full-Time (12 hrs Shift)

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day injection moulding production & achieve daily/monthly production targets.

 Handle machine setting, mould mounting/changing and process parameter setting.

 Handle Large machine experience 1000 plus tons.

 Monitor temperature, injection/holding pressure, injection speed, cooling time, cycle time and back pressure.

 Troubleshoot defects such as short moulding, flash, warpage, sink marks, burn marks, black spots and dimensional

variation.

 Control rejection, material wastage and machine downtime & Mould running repair and maintenance.

 Handle PP/PPCP and other plastic raw materials, including proper loading, drying and mixing.

 Coordinate with Maintenance /Management for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

 Manage operators, helpers and shift manpower.

 Maintain production, rejection, downtime and shift-handover reports.

 Support mould trials, machine trials and new product development.





 Implement 5S, housekeeping and machine/shop-floor safety.

 Ensure PPE and safe working practices.

 Take complete responsibility for smooth production during the assigned shift.

Candidate Requirements

 Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding.

 Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds & Mould running repair and maintenance.

 Excellent machine-setting and process-parameter knowledge.

 Strong troubleshooting and defect-solving ability.

 Large machine experience 1000 plus tons & handling production operators/helpers.

 Good knowledge of plastic raw materials, particularly PP/PPCP.

 Experience with medium/large injection moulding machines preferred.

 Strong production, quality and rejection-control experience.

 Positive leadership and communication skills.

 Immediate/early joiners preferred.

Important

This is a hands-on production role. Candidates should have practical experience in machine setting, mould changing,

troubleshooting, production control, manpower management and quality control.
