Job Title: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers to explain the Company's loan products, features, and offerings.

- Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursements while achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Guide customers through the complete loan application, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Coordinate closely with the Credit, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless loan processing and timely disbursements.
- Ensure accuracy of customer information and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering a high standard of professional service.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively while ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain daily sales reports, call logs, and MIS as required by the management.




- Eligibility & Skills2–3 years of experience in Telesales within the NBFC, Banking, or FinTech industry.
- Prior experience in Short-Term Personal Loans, Payday Loans, or Digital Lending will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Candidates from South India or those who are proficient in South Indian languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will have an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales setting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Good understanding of loan products, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
