Job Description: TLS – The Japanese Language School is hiring an Admission Counsellor for our Laxmi Nagar centre.

The candidate will handle student enquiries, explain Japanese language courses, follow up with leads, and help prospective students complete the admission process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, online leads and walk-ins
- Counsel students about Japanese language courses and JLPT levels
- Explain course fees, batch timings, curriculum and admission process
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain daily follow-up and lead records
- Handle student registrations and admission formalities




- Coordinate with teachers and the academic team
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good counselling and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
- Education counselling, telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
- Candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
