- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Record BP, height, weight, BMI, BMR and other basic vitals.
- Take before and after treatment photographs as per clinic protocol.
- Prepare and maintain patient case sheets, treatment records and consent forms.
- Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures.
- Prepare the treatment room and ensure all equipment is ready.
- Follow proper hygiene, sterilization and infection-control procedures.
- Assist in performing aesthetic treatments as instructed and trained by the doctor.
- Explain medicine usage, dosage and precautions to patients as instructed by the doctor.
- Maintain daily medicine and consumable stock.
- Update stock records and inform the Admin/concerned person when reordering is required.
- Coordinate with the other branch regarding treatment requirements, medicines and consumables.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
- Monitor patient comfort and report any concerns or adverse reactions to the doctor immediately.




- Take patient feedback after treatment.
- Follow up with patients through Instagram/WhatsApp/phone, as instructed.
- Encourage satisfied patients to provide Google reviews.
- Maintain treatment rooms, instruments and nursing areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Participate in patient camps, corporate visits and promotional activities when required.
- Attend regular training sessions and learn all clinic machines, treatment protocols and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Doctor, CRO and Admin for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified behaviour at all times.
- Follow clinic SOPs, safety guidelines and management instructions.
- Complete daily nursing reports and handover pending work to the concerned staff.
- Support both Mysore and Bangalore branches whenever required.
