- Handle outbound calls and communicate with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, requirements, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct client briefings and understand customer requirements.
- Provide sales support and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular communication and build positive customer relationships.
- Draft and send professional emails to clients as required.
- Maintain basic customer and sales-related records using computer systems.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female graduate with positive communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers can apply; prior sales coordination experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and email drafting.
