Job Title: Site Engineer

Location:

Mannivakkam, Chennai (Field Job – Entire Chennai)

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Fixed salary, no incentives)

Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per plans, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

Monitor labor and material usage

Maintain site reports and documentation

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure safety and quality standards are followed





Handle basic project and site management tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience: Freshers can apply

Age: 18 – 40 years

Gender: Male

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of construction and site management

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to work on-field and manage teams

Problem-solving attitude

Additional Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler vehicle

Tamil language is required

Willingness to travel across Chennai
