We are looking for an experienced Presales Architect / Solution Consultant – Digital Applications to play a key role in supporting business growth. The role will work closely with sales, delivery, practice, finance, resourcing, and partner teams to develop winning solutions and proposals for new opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in presales, solutioning, client engagement, RFP/RFQ responses, bid management, and digital application services.

Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive and professional RFP/RFQ/proposal responses, including:
- Requirements understanding
- Solution and architecture design
- Effort and cost estimation
- Delivery methodology
- Team structure
- Plan on a Page
- RAID items
- Partner with sales teams to identify and develop opportunities in Digital Applications / Application Services.
- Deliver capability and solution presentations to clients.
- Lead high-level client discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements.
- Review RFQs/RFPs, prepare question logs, and participate in client Q&A; sessions.
- Engage with internal practice teams to understand offerings, case studies, capabilities, and global engagements.
- Collaborate with technology and business partners to assess products, capabilities, and joint Go-To-Market opportunities.




- Work with finance teams on commercial models and pricing.
- Coordinate with resourcing and fulfilment teams to understand market trends and develop appropriate resourcing models.
- Lead and manage bid management activities from opportunity qualification through proposal submission.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different organizational levels, including developers, business analysts, architects, directors, and CXOs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and solution presentations.
- Simplify complex requirements and develop solutions while balancing cost, effort, feasibility, and business objectives.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Presales / Solution Consulting within Digital Applications.
- 8+ years of experience handling presales engagements, RFQs, RFPs, and informal client requests.

Required Skills

- Solid exposure to proposals covering application development, testing, and operations / managed services.
- Proven experience in independently writing and leading professional proposal responses.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to:
- Clarify ambiguous requirements




- Break down complex requirements into functional and technical components
- Develop simplified and commercially viable solutions
- Strong experience in leading client discussions, workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills across technical and executive levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in bid management and solution architecture.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
