Job Profile: HR Executive / Recruitment Executive

Main Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

- Different job portals, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media aur available databases se candidates ka data collect karna.
- Vacancy ke according relevant candidates shortlist karna.
- Candidate ka name, mobile number, qualification, experience, location aur expected salary maintain karna.

1. Candidate Calling & Screening

- Candidates ko vacancy ke regarding call karna.
- Job profile, salary, location, timing aur requirements explain karna.
- Candidate ki qualification aur experience verify karna.
- Interested candidates ki proper screening karna.

1. Interview Scheduling

- Shortlisted candidates ka interview company ke saath schedule karna.
- Candidate ko interview date, time, location/online interview details share karna.
- Interview se pehle candidate ko reminder call/message karna.

1. Interview Follow-up

- Candidate interview ke baad company se feedback lena.
- Candidate ko selection/rejection/update ke regarding inform karna.
- Selected candidates ka joining date confirm karna.

1. Placement & Joining

- Candidate aur company ke beech proper coordination karna.
- Selected candidate ki joining tak regular follow-up karna.




- Joining complete hone ke baad placement details update karna.

1. Candidate Database Management

- Daily candidate data update karna.
- Interview scheduled, interviewed, selected, rejected aur joined candidates ka record maintain karna.
- Duplicate/incorrect data ko remove/update karna.
