About My Work MediaMy Work Media is a social media marketing agency helping businesses and personal brands grow through Social Media Management, Premium Video Editing, Graphic Designing and Paid Advertising.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for our clients.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ad Campaigns.
- Run Lead Generation, WhatsApp, Messages, Traffic, Engagement and Conversion campaigns.
- Understand client business goals and create suitable advertising strategies.
- Perform audience research, targeting and competitor research.
- Create and manage different audience segments, including:

- Cold Audiences
- Custom Audiences
- Lookalike Audiences
- Retargeting Audiences
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events and Conversion Tracking where required.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize:

- CPL
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- Conversion Rate
- Lead Quality
- Overall Ad Performance
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy and campaigns.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
- Scale campaigns when performance is stable.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Video Editing and Social Media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Suggest new ad concepts, hooks, offers and creatives based on campaign data.
- Maintain proper campaign structure and documentation.




- Prepare regular performance reports for management and clients.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads Manager, targeting, tracking and advertising policies.
- Required SkillsStrong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in running performance-oriented Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
- Good understanding of Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
- Positive knowledge of ad copy, creative testing and campaign optimization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

SalarySalary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and previous campaign performance.

Performance-based incentives can be provided based on results and responsibilities.
