About the RoleClick Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our insurance sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, following up with leads, and converting prospects into successful policy sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database/leads.
- Understand customers' insurance requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and policy terms clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and policy issuance.




- Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow company processes and applicable insurance sales/compliance guidelines.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales, telecalling, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Office.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
