- Set up electrical equipment such as water pumps, exhaust fans, elevators (where applicable), and backup power systems.
- MaintenancePerform routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain electrical panels, transformers, generators, and UPS systems.
- Replace faulty switches, outlets, light fixtures, and wiring.
- Troubleshooting and RepairsDiagnose electrical faults, short circuits, power outages, and voltage issues.
- Repair damaged wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment.
- Respond to residents' electrical complaints and emergency breakdowns.
