- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the vehicle loan sales team.
- Achieve monthly team and individual disbursement targets.
- Develop and maintain dealer, broker, and DSA relationships.
- Generate business for commercial and used vehicle loans.
- Monitor leads, login, approval, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and PDD teams.
- Track team performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Requirements 2–5 years of experience in vehicle finance, NBFC, banking, or DSA.
- Prior experience in team handling and team management is preferred.
- Team handling and sales experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for business development.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Incentives, based on experience and performance.
