- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor production planning and schedules as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Plan production activities based on material availability, machine capacity and delivery schedules.
- Monitor daily production status and ensure timely completion of planned orders.
- Prepare and maintain production planning, scheduling and MIS reports.
- Track work orders, production progress and pending activities.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory, material consumption and production requirements.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper PPC records, reports and documentation.




- Support management in achieving production targets and on-time delivery.
- Ensure effective coordination between planning and shop-floor activities.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in manufacturing / fabrication production planning.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle production schedules and priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material planning and inventory control.
- QualificationDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

Industry RequirementOnly candidates with experience in Heavy Fabrication Manufacturing will be considered.
