Ariya Decor Private Limited is a growing multi-category brand selling online across India's leading marketplaces. Our product range includes:

- Wooden products: home décor, kitchenware and serving items
- Textiles: home furnishing, bedsheets, cushion covers, towels
- Handbags: ladies' handbags, totes, slings and accessories
- Grocery (FMCG): herbal tea, green tea and coffee (Ariya Nature)

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio and JioMart.
- Build catalogs for each category, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, sizes, colours and variations.
- Upload products in bulk through Excel templates and fix listing errors or suppressed listings.
- Manage grocery-specific requirements such as FSSAI details, expiry and shelf life, net quantity and ingredient information.
- Keep stock updated and synced across all portals.
- Process daily orders, labels, manifests and dispatches on time.
- Handle returns, RTO, claims (SAFE-T, Flipkart claims) and customer queries and reviews.
- Track pricing, offers,



deals and sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.).
- Monitor competitor listings and prices in each category.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, packing and photography teams.
- Reconcile payments, settlements and commissions with the accounts team.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales, stock and returns reports in Excel.
- Run basic advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads) and track ACoS/ROI.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, bulk upload sheets).
- Basic understanding of GST, HSN codes and invoices is a plus.
- Experience in home décor, fashion or grocery categories is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Candidates from Sonipat, Kundli, Narela, Alipur or nearby areas will be preferred.
