About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Madurai team.
The role involves B2B field sales, new customer acquisition, meeting business owners, understanding their requirements and closing IndiaMART subscription solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire new B2B customers through field sales and prospecting.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IndiaMART solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain daily activity, meeting and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with business customers.
Who We Are Looking For
- 0–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset can also apply.
- Good Tamil communication is essential; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers personally.
- Willing to make calls, generate prospects and do follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
