DEMETOS is a premium healthy snacking brand offering millet & lentil-based, baked and protein-rich snacks.

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

- Manage DEMETOS website and online sales.
- Explore and manage Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar platforms.
- Manage product listings, pricing, offers and inventory.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns with the marketing team.
- Track sales, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and profitability.
- Improve website conversion, average order value and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports.




- Requirements2–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
- Experience with Shopify and marketplaces preferred.
- FMCG/D2C/food brand experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working in a startup workplace.

Salary: ₹20,000/- onwards (Based on the experiance)
