? Role overview :

Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, and generating business leads or sales through effective telephonic communication.

? Key responsibilities :

✔️ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our food & beverage products and services

✔️ Handle inbound customer queries and provide prompt, skilled responses

✔️ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals

✔️ Maintain accurate records of calls,



follow-ups, and customer details in the system

✔️ Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

✔️ Report daily call summaries and performance updates to the team leader

? Requirements :

Any graduate (all streams)

Freshers & experienced welcome

Basic English communication

Local language proficiency preferred

? Key skills :

Good verbal communication

Convincing & persuasive ability

Patience & active listening

Target-driven attitude

Basic computer / CRM knowledge
