UI/UX Designer

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing digital experiences for our websites, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, dashboards, and digital products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, user interface design, visual hierarchy, typography, responsive design, and conversion-focused design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, landing pages, mobile interfaces, and dashboards.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to improve user experience.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create and maintain design systems, components, icons, and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Content teams.
- Improve existing website pages and user journeys based on performance and user feedback.
- Design conversion-focused landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, spacing, and visual elements.
- Review implemented designs and coordinate with developers for corrections and improvements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development is an advantage.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-oriented designs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, healthcare, beauty, cosmetics, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is required.
