Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing power, a pleasing personality, and the ability to understand and explain property-related facts clearly to clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales inquiries and generate potential leads.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct effective client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, site visits,
and bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards the company's overall growth.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and project information.
- Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
