- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain the bar setup, stock and beverage station.
- Recommend beverages and provide excellent guest service.
- Handle upselling and support beverage revenue growth.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, inventory and stock records.
- Follow responsible alcohol service, safety and licensing guidelines.
- Support beverage innovation and team training.
- Work in a fast-paced lounge environment with rotational shifts.
Eligibility:
- 2–5 years of bartending experience in a lounge, bar or premium F&B; environment.
- 12th pass mandatory.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and mixology.
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
- Bartending/Mixology certification preferred.
