The designation is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the kids play zone and adult trampoline park. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets through memberships, events, and group bookings.

GUEST RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE – Kids Play Zone & Adult Trampoline Park

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for kids play, trampoline, memberships, packages, and events.
2. Drive birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings, school visits, and promotional sales.
3. Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, leads, and customer acquisition.
4. Build robust relationships with customers, schools, corporates, event planners, and other business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to increase footfall and revenue.
6. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills.
7. Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
8. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
9. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates and present them to management.
10. Ensure professional customer handling, timely follow-up, and adherence to company policies while delivering revenue and growth objectives.
