We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to sell Skaleup Consulting Services. You will find new business clients, pitch our consulting programs, and close deals with business owners and executives.
What You Will Do
- Find Leads: Hunt for new business clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Pitch Services: Meet with business owners, educational institute and colleges understand their challenges, and present Skaleup's consulting solutions.
- Close Deals: Build proposals, handle objections, and win current contracts to hit your monthly sales targets.
- Gather Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from prospects and lost leads to help improve our services and sales pitch.
- Track Progress:
Keep your sales pipeline updated in our Excel sheet.
- Review: After the session, ask the client and their employees for feedback on the services. Then, share this feedback with the business coach to make any needed changes.
What We Look For
- Experience: 1–3 years of successful experience in B2B sales and B2C sales or corporate sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and confidence pitching to senior leaders.
- Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
