Key Responsibilities1. Product Catalogue Management

- Create and upload current product listings on the Fusion Balloons website.
- Add product name, SKU, category, sub-category, size, colour, pack quantity and other specifications.
- Maintain accurate product information across the website.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete or outdated listings and correct them.
- Update discontinued products as required.

2. Product Images

- Find correct product images from suppliers, brands and approved online sources.
- Download and organise product images.
- Crop, resize and perform basic editing of images using Canva or similar software.
- Ensure the correct image is attached to the correct product.
- Maintain an organised image/product folder structure.

3. Pricing & Product Information

- Enter selling prices, MRP and other commercial information as provided by management.
- Update prices whenever revised price lists are received.
- Maintain a master Excel/Google Sheet containing product information and prices.
- No independent changes to prices or commercial terms without approval.

Website / Shopify Management

- Upload and update products on Shopify.
- Assign products to the correct collections/categories.
- Add product descriptions and specifications.
- Add product tags and search keywords.
- Check product pages after uploading.
- Check that products display properly on desktop and mobile.
- Coordinate with the website developer for technical issues.

5. Basic SEO

- Prepare clear and searchable product titles.
- Add relevant keywords and product descriptions.
- Maintain basic SEO information such as meta titles and descriptions.
- Follow the company's product naming and SEO format.

6. Product Research

- Research products from supplier catalogues and approved websites.
- Understand product differences such as size, colour, material, pack quantity and brand.
- Collect missing product information from the purchase/store/sales team.
- Convert incomplete product information into a complete website listing.
