Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle leads received through online platforms, website inquiries, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and close sales.
- Maintain daily call, lead, follow-up, and sales records.
- Update customer information and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle basic queries professionally.




- Candidate RequirementsFresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and [English/Marathi/other language].
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel/CRM.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or lead conversion will be an advantage.
