Experienced HR – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, offer letters and hiring coordination.
- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and performance-related matters.
- Manage probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, agreements, letters and HR documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and HR reports.
- Handle full & final settlement, resignation, notice period and exit processes.

Required:

- 6 months of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
- Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
