Shift: 3 pm-12 am (Home Drop off services available in and around Kolkata)
Job Summary:
We are looking for Fresher Candidates to join our team as Call Quality Analyst.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and basic Excel knowledge.
Candidates with prior experience in an International BPO as QA/ CCE will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly and confidently regarding the feedback of the calls with Team Leader in excel report.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to Team Leader.
Requirements:
3 months to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO as QA, Customer Service, Tele calling, or a Similar role. Freshers are also eligible.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the 3:00 pm-12:00 am shift.
