Process

International Outbound Voice Process – UK Telecom

Job Responsibilities

* Handle **100% outbound voice calls** to international customers.

* Promote and sell telecom products/services to customers in the **UK market**.

* Identify customer requirements and convert prospects into sales.

* Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

* Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.

* Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of experience in UK / Australia / US Telecom outbound sales process**.

* Candidates with relevant **international outbound voice sales experience** will be preferred.





* **Excellent spoken English and communication skills** are mandatory.

* Robust sales, convincing and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Minimum qualification: **12th Pass**.

* Candidates should be comfortable working in an **outbound voice sales process**.

* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Shift Timing

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday – Weekly Off

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
