Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.

Program PLCs based on machine sequences, control logic, and customer requirements.

Develop and configure HMI/SCADA screens for machine operation and monitoring.

Read and understand electrical control circuits, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings.

Configure and integrate PLCs with sensors, motors, VFDs, relays, valves, and other field devices.

Perform PLC and control-panel testing before dispatch and during commissioning.

Carry out machine commissioning and site installation at customer locations.

Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, communication, and automation-related problems.

Interface PLCs with various industrial communication networks and devices.

Prepare and maintain PLC programs, backups, I/O lists, and automation documentation.

Coordinate with electrical panel fabrication and wiring teams for proper implementation.

Assist in the selection and configuration of automation hardware.

Conduct functional testing and ensure the system operates according to the required sequence.

Provide technical support during machine trials and customer commissioning.

Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
