Experience: 5–8 years in healthcare/hospital operations, preferably with experience in OHC, industrial healthcare, hospital administration, or a similar setting.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall operational, administrative, and service delivery management of SAI HEALTH CARE. The incumbent will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of healthcare operations, effective manpower deployment, regulatory compliance, quality standards, client coordination, vendor management, and timely resolution of operational issues.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare administration expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to coordinate effectively with management, medical professionals, employees, clients, statutory authorities, and external agencies.
