Role

Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Generate business through the agency channel.

Build and maintain robust relationships with agents and customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Conduct field visits and support agents in lead generation and sales activities.

Train and motivate the agency team to improve productivity.

Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and agents.

Eligibility / Requirements

Qualification: Graduate or above.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience.

Communication: Excellent communication skills.

Age: 25 to 38 years.

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Willingness to work in field sales.

Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction and field visits.
