Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property leads and understand client requirements
- Present residential & commercial projects to clients
- Conduct and manage site visits
- Regular client follow-ups and negotiations
- Convert qualified leads into bookings/sales
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Requirements:
- Valuable communication & convincing skills
- Target and result-oriented approach
- Own vehicle preferred
- Real estate/sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives
