We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive gym membership sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and convert them into gym memberships
- Handle enquiries, walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
- Explain membership plans, offers, and fitness services to customers
- Conduct gym tours and convert prospects into members
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Experience in gym/fitness, retail, real estate, B2C, or similar sales will be an advantage
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
