We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our courses and help them make informed decisions about their education and career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational needs, interests, and career goals.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission processes clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Handle student queries and provide appropriate information and guidance.
- Convert genuine leads into successful admissions by building trust and strong relationships.
- Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.




- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in education counselling, telesales, inside sales, or admissions will be preferred.
