Pepper Square is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead the full restaurant operation in Edupugallu, near Vijayawada.

Monthly take-home salary: Rs 50,000-75,000. Food and accommodation provided. One vacancy. Nine-hour daily duty with breaks and four days off per month. Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.

Responsibilities:

- Lead daily restaurant operations and coordinate service and kitchen teams.

- Recruit, onboard and train staff; manage rosters and service standards.

- Oversee purchasing, inventory, stock checks, cost control and wastage.

- Handle guest feedback and maintain food hygiene and service quality.

- Report operating performance to the owner.

Requirements: Minimum two years of relevant restaurant management experience. Applicants with longer experience are welcome. Hands-on experience leading a restaurant team, recruiting staff and managing costs and purchasing is essential.
