We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter/HR Executive who is well-versed in handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

- ?Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, and other sales-related profiles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely joining.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- ✅ Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Must have experience in Sales and Telesales hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate-handling and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and bulk hiring simultaneously.
