Steward / WaiterWe are looking for a professional, courteous, and guest-focused Steward / Waiter to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient table service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables throughout service.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Monitor guest requirements and respond promptly to requests.




- Handle guest concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Maintain positive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support upselling and promotional activities where appropriate.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Captain.
