Key Responsibilities

* Architecture & Development: Contribute to the design and development of
vehicle-level or component-level architecture for EV platforms
* Logic & Testing: Derive system logics and write comprehensive test cases,
with a strong focus on identifying and validating corner cases for embedded
HW/SW systems
* Documentation: Draft, review, and manage documents such as Product
Requirements Documents (PRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS),
Hardware Requirement Specifications (HRS), Design Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plans (DVP)
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain robust relationships
with cross-functional internal teams (mechanical, software, hardware) and
external vendors to ensure seamless system integration
* Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM) process, from concept through to production
* Projects: Owned or worked with at least one of the following
projects/products end-to-end : VCU, ABS, Cluster, Telematics, BCM, TCU
* Diagnostics:



Manage Field Failures with Interim Corrective Actions (ICA)
while working on a Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Permanent Corrective
Actions (PCA)

Ideal Candidate

* Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience working on vehicle
architecture or component architecture, preferably within the EV domain
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or
Mechatronics Engineering
* Embedded Systems: Solid understanding of the core logic behind embedded
Software (SW) and Hardware (HW) systems
* Technical Comprehension: Highly proficient in reading, interpreting, and
applying technical data sheets and engineering drawings
* Functional Safety: A strong "ISO 26262 mindset" with a working
understanding of automotive functional safety standards
* Automotive Protocols: Proficiency in standard vehicle communication
networks, primarily CAN (Controller Area Network)
