Assistant Manager – UIDAI Regional Office (Contractual) GA Digital Web Word Pvt Ltd | Location: UIDAI Regional Office, Mumbai CTC up to ₹9 LPA About the Role GA Digital Web Word Pvt Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager for deployment at a UIDAI Regional Office. You will support the implementation of the Aadhaar enrolment and authentication ecosystem on the ground – troubleshooting failed jobs within SLAs, training users, supporting ecosystem partners, and coordinating with government departments and operations teams for post go-live field support. Key Responsibilities Implementation of the Aadhaar enrolment process at the field level Troubleshoot all failed jobs within agreed SLAs Provide technical support to users on both enrolment and authentication processes Understand and apply the Aadhaar Act and Regulations in day-to-day matters Deliver training to different user groups on enrolment and authentication Handle procurement of hardware and software Support UIDAI ecosystem partners in adoption and roll-out of Aadhaar Authentication Services Extend on-site support for project implementation at the ground level Provide post go-live field support and issue resolution by liaising with government departments, application support and operations teams Other tasks assigned by the UIDAI Regional Office from time to time Eligibility Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / BBA / B.Sc (Computers) with Diploma in DOEACC / Systems Development / GNIIT or equivalent Experience: Minimum 2 years in managing IT software / hardware platform support, software applications, web development and user support Implementation support experience in Government (e-Governance) and Financial Services programmes is an advantage Working knowledge of Java, web services and RDBMS is an advantage Robust issue-resolution and reporting skills Age: Below 50 years Working Conditions Willingness to travel in rural areas 60–70% travel
