Customer Service Executive Key responsibilities: Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally. Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers. Maintain call records and follow standard operating procedures. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Preferred profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-handling or BPO experience is preferred. Comfortable working with targets, processes,



and team coordination. Basic computer and email proficiency. 2. RCM Executive – US Healthcare Key responsibilities: Work on US healthcare revenue-cycle processes. Handle claims follow-up, denials, payment posting, AR, eligibility, authorizations, or related RCM activities. Communicate with insurance payers and resolve claim-related issues. Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards. Preferred profile: Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM is required. Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance verification. Valuable communication skills and attention to detail. Experience working with US shifts will be an advantage The job is for USA shifts from 7:30 PM To 3:30 am IST.
