Interact with bridal customers and their families during their jewellery shopping journey.



Coordinate with the sales team to capture customer experiences and jewellery trial moments with customer consent. Document key stages of the customer journey, including arrival, product selection, purchase, and celebration moments. Identify and collect customer testimonials, feedback, and success stories. Ensure proper customer consent is obtained before any photography or videography. Help customers feel comfortable and encourage genuine interactions for promotional and social media content. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create authentic customer engagement opportunities. Qualifications Any Graduate 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a similar customer-facing role. Robust verbal communication skills in Telugu,Hindi and English.
