We are urgently hiring an experienced BIM Modeller (Electrical) for our team at Infopark Koratty. Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of independent communication with clients in Europe, America, and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Electrical BIM Modelling using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Complex coordination with multi‑discipline teams Preparation of LOD 400 & LOD 500 models Shop drawings (SHD) and detailed documentation Clash detection, resolution, and quality control Independent handling of client meetings, technical discussions, and project updates High‑Priority Advantage Strong knowledge of full MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) Ability to understand, coordinate,



and resolve MEP service interactions Experience in multi‑discipline BIM workflows is given higher priority Capability to support MEP‑wide modelling and coordination when required Required Skills Minimum 3 or 4 years experience as BIM Modeller – Electrical Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD Excellent English communication skills Ability to solve complex modelling and coordination issues Experience with international projects preferred Salary & Benefits Positive salary package based on experience and skills Work with European, American, and Middle East clients Growth opportunities in a fast‑expanding BIM team Work Location Infopark Koratty (On‑site) Immediate joining preferred or atleast 30 to 45 days for Joining.
